How to Setup a Water Filter Replacement Subscription
Setting up a filter subscription is simple and can be done from the comfort of your own home.
Step 1: Find your filter on our website by using the navigation above or our search bar at the top of the website.
The first step to setting up your subscription is finding your replacement filters on our website. If you need assistance identifying the correct replacement filter for your drinking water system, you can give us a call at 281-890-7900 or email us at social@dupure.com.
Step 2: Select “subscribe” and add to cart
Once you have located your filter(s) select the “subscribe” option and choose how often you would like your filters to be delivered (if applicable by filter). Now you can add the item to your cart.
Step 3: Place your order and never have to remember to replace your filter again!
All that is left to do is to complete the checkout process and wait for your filters to arrive at your door.
